Seaweed Oatmeal
Introduction
Oatmeal is a coarse grain that is hard to digest, and I'll have to wait until my baby is a little older to eat it. I added some seaweed for sushi when I cooked the oatmeal, it's a little salty and tastes better. Add some raisins, nuts or something like that, and cook the adult's rice and the baby's rice together to save time and nutrition!
Materials
Oatmeal 50g, 1 egg, seaweed, 500g of water.
Working Methods
1. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. Put the oatmeal into the pot, turn down the heat and cook until thick.
2. Beat the eggs, pour them into the oatmeal, stir well and bring to a boil.
3. Tear the seaweed into small pieces, add to the oatmeal and cook until soft.
Deception
1. There are many kinds of oatmeal in the market. To choose pure oatmeal, some of the "oatmeal" on the market is a mixture of various grains, such as wheat, rice, corn, barley, etc., of which oatmeal accounts for only a small portion. The oatmeal is only a small part of the oatmeal or even does not contain oatmeal at all.
2. It is best to choose oatmeal that needs to be cooked. Raw oatmeal cooks for a long time, usually 20-30 minutes, cooked oatmeal is short, usually about 3 minutes. Raw oatmeal is more cumbersome to make, but the nutritional preservation is more complete.
3. It's best not to choose "instant" oatmeal. "Instant" cereals are convenient, but the more they are processed, the more nutrients are lost. Also, do not choose a variety of flavors of cereal, because this cereal is often added maltodextrin, sugar, cream (phytolacca), flavors and so on.
4. Seaweed is used to make sushi.
5. Seasonings such as salt and sugar do not have to be added to baby food before 1 year of age.
6. Follow the principle of adding complementary foods. If there are ingredients your baby has never eaten before, be careful to avoid causing an allergic reaction.
