While the wings are frying, we can make the homemade teriyaki sauce at the same time. Mix soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, cooking oil and honey in the ratio of 2:1:1:1:1:1. To do this, take two tablespoons of soy sauce and one tablespoon each of soy sauce, cooking wine, oil and honey. Pour them in a bowl and mix well.
Then pour in warm water into the bowl and mix well. The amount of warm water you pour into the bowl depends on the size of the pot you'll be using to cook the chicken wings, but in principle it should be just enough to cover the wings.
After the wings have been stir-fried in the wok, they can be transferred to a small stewing pot, so that the teriyaki sauce can be served with less water, and the teriyaki sauce will not be diluted too much. Pour in the teriyaki sauce after transferring the chicken wings to the simmering pot, just enough to cover the wings.
First, bring the teriyaki sauce and chicken wings to a boil over high heat, then cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. It doesn't have to be too long or the chicken wing meat will be loose.
After 15 to 20 minutes of simmering, turn up the heat to reduce the sauce and add a pinch of salt to taste. When the sauce is almost done, it's done.
Take the teriyaki chicken wings out of the plate, and then sprinkle on the top of the appropriate amount of small green onion color, so that a colorful and fragrant teriyaki chicken wings are ready, try it.
