Ingredients
Whole wheat flour 300g
Egg 1
Salt 2g
Yeast 5g
Sugar 30g
Milk 150g
Oil 20g

Prepare a glass container and place it in the whole wheat flour 300g. Then add 2 grams of salt to increase the gluten.

Next, add about 5g of yeast

Beat in an egg (and whisk it in), and pour in 150g of lukewarm milk (best at about 38 degrees Celsius). Stir until there is no dry flour, then pour in 20g of cooking oil. Knead the dough slowly; it's best to knead it for a longer period of time.

Prepare a mold by brushing it with cooking oil to prevent it from sticking; then put the kneaded dough into the mold, seal it with plastic wrap, and wait for the dough to ferment (10 minutes or so)

Place the steamer on top of the pot and bring the water to a boil on a high flame. When the water boils, turn the heat to medium and steam for 40 minutes. When it comes out of the pot, cut it evenly with a knife and it's ready.
