Materials:
Sweet potatoes, flour, fine sugar
Method:
1. Three yellow-fleshed sweet potatoes, two cups of flour ( Later I added one cup) and half a cup of fine sugar (the sweet potato itself has a sweet taste).
2. Peel and cut into cubes.
3. Steam the sweet potatoes in a steamer.
4. After 10 to 15 minutes, the sweet potatoes will be cooked.
5. Add fine sugar.
6. Use a tool to crush the sweet potatoes and mix with the sugar evenly.
7. Add flour.
8. Knead the flour and sweet potato puree until it forms a dough that does not stick to your hands.
9. Sprinkle flour on the cutting board, roll out the dough, and use a mold to press it into cute little shapes
