The preparation method of Douban chili sauce is as follows:
Ingredients: 5 jins of spicy millet, 20 jins of Erjingtiao peppers, 6 jins of salt, three boxes of Thirteen Spice, one jin of ginger, Douban Five pounds.
Steps:
1. Wash the two vitex peppers and drain the water.
2. Drain the spicy millet.
