1. Wash mutton, sheep offal and sheep bones, soak them in clear water for 2 hours, change water for many times to remove sheep blood, and fly over with water added with ginger and cooking wine.
2. Fill the soup pot with enough water at one time, put in the ingredients, take out the floating powder after the fire is boiled, put in the cooking ingredients and cook for 1.5 hours, turn off the fire, cover with salt and stew for a while, take out the ingredients, cool them, cut them into pieces and put them on a plate.
3. According to the ratio of one spoonful of pepper to two spoonfuls of pepper, grind it into powder with a cooking machine, remove the hard shell with a noodle sieve, and make crispy pepper with appropriate amount of hot oil (make more at a time, which can be used to make spicy noodles) for later use.
4. Stir-fry peanuts and sesame seeds separately and break them (using a cooking machine). Red oil can be made in advance (I usually make a large bottle at a time).
5. Take a bowl, add a proper amount of soup of cooking ingredients, add red oil (you can add more spicy food, I only put one and a half spoonfuls, so it's not too red), white sugar, salt, sesame seed cake (add some oil), peanut seed cake, sesame oil, coriander powder, garlic powder and soy sauce, mix well, and pour it on the sliced miscellaneous meat.
