The staff is composed of the kitchen and dim sum chef of Gaosheng Tea House, the chef of Hui Fengcheng Roast Meat Shop, the chef of Muslim Deji Roast Meat Shop, and some unemployed young people, about 80 people. After opening, the hotel participated in the first Guangzhou Famous Cuisine Beauty Exhibition held in Guangzhou Restaurant, and began to participate in the reception service of the first China Export Commodities Fair.
