The types of crabs include hairy crabs, bread crabs, swimming crabs, blue crabs, and king crabs.

1. Hairy crabs

2. Bread crab

Bread crabs are mainly distributed in the Pacific Ocean and can also be found in Hong Kong waters.

3. Swimming crab

In some places, it is commonly known as "white crab". It is named after the spindle-shaped head and breastplate. There are three protrusions in the center of its carapace. It is also called "three-tuberculated swimming crab" and belongs to arthropods. The male umbilicus is pointed and smooth, the claws are enlarged, and the shell surface is cyan; the female umbilicus is round and hairy, and the shell surface is ocher or spotted. Swimming crab meat is delicious, has high nutritional value and economic value, and is suitable for temporary fattening in seawater.

4. Blue crab

The carapace of blue crab is oval, the body is flat and hairless, and the back is convex and smooth. It is distributed in Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, India, South Africa and other waters. In my country, it is distributed in the coastal waters of Zhejiang, Fujian, Taiwan, Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan. Because of its large size, fast growth rate, delicious meat, and rich nutrition, it has been regarded as a precious seafood food in modern and modern times.

5. King crabs

Also known as stone crabs or rock crabs, they are crustaceans of the Stone Crab family. They are not real crabs. They are mainly distributed in cold seas. It is named because of its huge size and is known as the "King of Crabs". It belongs to deep-sea crabs, and its living depth reaches 850 meters, and its living water temperature is between 2-5℃.

The lowest water temperature that king crabs can survive is 1.4 degrees Celsius. The meat of the king crab is tender and sweet, and it is enjoyable to eat even if it is large.
