1/2 cups of common flour, 2 tablespoons of corn flour, 1 spoon of white sugar, salt, 2 tablespoons of baking powder, a little Chili powder, a proper amount of fresh corn kernels, half a cup of whole milk, a little chopped green onion and 2 eggs.
Practice:
1, flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and black pepper, and mix them evenly in a bowl;
2. Add corn kernels and minced chives, which need to be covered by powder;
3. Gently break the eggs in the empty bowl, add the milk, stir well, then pour the liquid into the flour mixture, and then gently stir it into a paste, not too thick or too thin;
4. Heat the frying pan with a proper amount of oil.
