1. Brush the belly of each shrimp and two large clips with a toothbrush.

5. Add a bottle and a half of beer after the shrimp is fried and discolored, then add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oil consumption, half a spoonful of thirteen spices and two spoonfuls of sugar. Cover the pot and stew for 15 minutes, then add a little salt, turn off the heat and take out the pot.
