method of work
1, dry Malantou is brewed with boiling water, filtered to remove water, and cut as finely as possible;
2. Peel and chop yam, add minced meat, add a little soy sauce and dry starch and stir well;
3. The carrots are finely cut;
4. Rinse the tofu with water, cut it into cubes and put it in a shallow bowl;
5, the eggs are scattered, and the egg liquid is evenly sprinkled on the surface of the tofu, so that the egg liquid naturally permeates the tofu;
6. Put a proper amount of oil in the hot pot, first stir-fry the chopped carrots, then stir-fry the yam minced meat, and don't let the minced meat seed;
7. Spread the fried minced meat and chopped carrots on the tofu, and then sprinkle with chopped Malantou;
8, finally add two spoonfuls of soy sauce;
9. Steam the prepared tofu 12- 15 minutes;
