Bamboo shoots [zhú s ǔ n]
Basic interpretation: bamboo shoot (English: bamboo shoot) is a young shoot of bamboo, also known as bamboo shoot. Bamboo is a perennial evergreen grass plant, and the edible part is primary, tender and fat, short and strong buds or whips. Bamboo originated in China, with many types, strong adaptability and wide distribution.

Distribution: The main excellent bamboo species in China are Phyllostachys pubescens (produced in Jiangxi, southern Anhui, Zhejiang and other areas) and Phyllostachys pubescens (P. Praecox C. D. Chu et C. S. Chao) in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, as well as Sinocalamus latiflorus McClure and green bamboo in the Pearl River basin, Fujian and Taiwan Province.
