How to make egg fried rice one by one:
1. Wash and cut the green onions and prepare leftover rice (overnight rice).
2. Beat the eggs and mix well and set aside.
3. Pour the stirred egg liquid into the prepared rice, stir and add an appropriate amount of salt (this step is very important to make the beaten egg liquid adhere to each grain of rice as much as possible).
