1. First cut the mushrooms into strips, shred the dried tofu, and tear the fungus into small pieces. Slice the sausage, and cut everything that needs to be cut (the sausage stuffed by yourself is very delicious)
2. Put oil in the pot, heat the oil, add the hot pot base ingredients, stir-fry the red oil, add the pickled pepper and minced garlic , stir-fry until fragrant, add dried tofu and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry
3. When the stir-fry is almost done, add water. After the water boils, add fish balls, sausages, fungus, and potato powder. After boiling, add Season with salt, oyster sauce and chicken essence
4. Finally add spinach and turn off the heat.
Just put some coriander and chives when eating. (I don’t eat fish balls at home, so I put hard-boiled eggs. It tastes pretty good and is very nutritious)
