Since 1987, Elizabethan melon has been introduced to Anci District, which was named "Hometown of Honeydew Melon Specialty" by China Specialty Research Association in 1997. 1995, Anci District named the series of thick-skinned melons with annual output as "Jindu" brand honeydew melons, applied for trademark registration with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and officially announced its use in July 1997.

At present, there are more than 70 varieties of "Jindu" honeydew melon series. Anci District has suitable natural conditions and good technical measures. The "Jindu" brand honey melon and fruit produced by Anci District has beautiful shape, high sugar content and good quality. It was rated as a famous brand product in Hebei Province in 1997, and was rated as a famous brand product in the third national agricultural Expo. /kloc-0 was listed as one of the 22 famous agricultural products in Hebei province in 1999, and won the bronze prize at the 99 Kunming World Horticultural Exposition.
