Ingredients: pork belly 700g, raw oil 750g (consumption 1 00g), clean taro 250g, monosodium glutamate 5g, south milk1block, sugar15g, ginger onion10g and soy sauce/kloc-0.
Production process:
1, first cut the pork belly into a rectangle with a length of 5cm and a thickness of 1 cm, mix it well with soy sauce and snow powder water, then put it in a hot oil pan and fry it thoroughly.
2. Filter the south milk, add south milk pieces (to be ground first), mix well with ginger onion, white sugar, monosodium glutamate and fried meat pieces, simmer for about 15 minutes, and set aside for use.
3. Cut the taro into square pieces with a length of 5cm and a width of 3cm, fry them in hot oil, then pick them up, put the meat pieces and taro in a dinner bowl at intervals, steam them in a steamer for about15min, then take them out and turn them into a dinner bowl.
4. Put the original soup into a tripod, thicken it with thin starch, and add minced garlic to serve.
