Ingredients: 500 grams of red beans, a little sugar (according to your own taste) and a little cooking oil.
Production process

Making tips
Red beans don't have to be soaked for a long time, one or two hours at most. If you don't have time, you don't have to soak them or soak them in hot water. Don't use too much dried tangerine peel, but use it well. You can add water halfway, but the ratio of beans to water depends on your personal preference. Of course, red bean paste can't be cooked with too few beans, so red bean soup can be thinner. Rock sugar should be served at the end, otherwise the red beans will not be cooked rotten.
