Opening hours of Luoyang Longmen Grottoes: peak season from April 1 to October 7, opening hours from 07:30 to 22:00; October 8 to 10 07:30~18:00 on March 31st; off-season, February 1st~March 31st, opening hours 08:00-18:00; November 1st~January 31st of the following year, 08:00-17:30 .

Attraction Transportation: The Grottoes are located 12 kilometers south of Luoyang City. You can take bus No. 81 from Luoyang Railway Station and the journey takes about 40 minutes. You can also take bus 53, 81 and 60 from other places in the city. There are also shuttle buses running between Longmen Grottoes and Shaolin Temple.
