Bacon
Kimchi mushrooms

How to make Spicy Bacon and Kimchi mushrooms ?
First, put the five spice powder, chili powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, a pinch of pepper, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl, mix well, and set aside.
Slice the onion, strips and the enoki mushrooms into small pieces and set aside.
Lay the bacon on a sheet pan and spread the soy sauce evenly over the inside of the bacon. Spread the seasoning evenly over the inside of the bacon.
Place the chopped mushrooms and onion strips (depending on your preference, I usually put one to two) on one end of the bacon and wrap carefully.
Place on a baking sheet and top with a good amount of garlic and chopped green onions.
Place in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes. Depending on the amount of bacon, the bacon will be a little charred on the edges and the oil will come out, so take it out of the oven.
Tips
People who like their bacon a little crispy can increase the baking time slightly.
Seasonings can be added or subtracted to your liking.
