Dark Chocolate 227g
Cream 1/2 cup
Cocoa Powder Moderate (for decoration)
Sea Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Red Pepper PowderCayenne Pepper 1/8 teaspoon
Rum 2 Tablespoons
Homemade Chocolate Truffle Directions ?
Place the chocolate in a bowl, heat the cream in a pot but do not boil it, when the cream is hot pour it into the chocolate and let it sit for about 2 minutes.
Pour in all the seasonings you need except the alcohol (I used paprika and sea salt) and keep stirring until there are no particles in the chocolate.
Add the alcohol at the end and stir together, then pour onto plastic wrap or into a mold.
Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to set, then cut into pieces.
Options: Sprinkle with cocoa powder, roll in coconut, chopped nuts, etc., and you can eat it right away, it melts in your mouth.
