Tips Tomatoes should have a faint pink feeling on the surface, and the pedicle must be round. If the pedicle is tinged with a faint cyan, it will be the most sandy and sweet. Never buy angular tomatoes.
Because the marinade is used as soup, it can be a little salty, but because of the mustard tuber, we should pay attention not to put too much salt.
