Don’t get hung up on this. It has no practical significance. Just think of it as eating less snacks. Biscuits are not a good thing. Biscuits have only two uses: to satisfy hunger and relieve cravings, and have no other uses. Whether they are so-called monkey mushrooms, high in calcium, or for weight loss, they are just commercial gimmicks. If they really have this function, they cannot be considered food or non-staple food. They need to be classified as health products and medicines, which means they cannot be sold casually.
In fact, the ingredients of commercially available food are not very reliable, and there is a basis for saying that it is junk food. Anything produced by large commercial factories for profit is always very suspicious.
When, what you eat, and what actions you do afterwards have nothing to do with whether you will gain weight or lose weight. Whether you will be fat or thin is closely related to your personal physique and genetics. Gaining weight and losing weight are equally difficult. They vary from person to person. You can only know if you try it yourself. Of course eating properly can make you healthier.
