Light milk and hot bean paste

Ingredients: red beans, grandma Hua San (weak milk), milk and sugar.
working methods
1. Wash the red beans and soak them in clear water for half an hour (I use an electric pressure cooker to cook the beans, and if it is an ordinary pot or rice cooker, the beans should be soaked for at least 2 hours);
2. Put the soaked beans into an electric pressure cooker, add a proper amount of water (red beans don't need two fingers), hit the "bean" file and cook for 60 minutes;
3. Cook beans in an electric pressure cooker. The shape of the cooked beans is very complete, but when adding sugar, they are crushed with a spoon to make red bean paste (some people like to eat tender, you can use a blender, if you like, it feels a little thicker, just like I can use a spoon);
4. Take a proper amount of red bean paste, add whipped cream, put it in a blender and pour it into a cup;
5. Heat the milk, pour it in and stir well. Finally, put a thick layer of hot bean paste on it, and a cup of hot drink will be ready (it is said to be hot drink, but it is half soup and half material, a bit like paste. Like to drink thin, just put more hot milk);
6. In order to show the effect of hot bean paste, I used a glass. In fact, I can use porcelain cups or bowls at home.
