In the impression, the memory is the deepest, and the favorite food is Qingbuliang. The first time I ate Qingbuliang was on Wenming East Road, about 20 years ago. At that time, as night fell, the nightlife in Haikou began. At the bridgehead of Dongfeng Bridge in Wenming East, all kinds of street vendors began to set up business. The roadside is full of tables, the most of which are used book stalls, supper stalls and qingbuliang. It was here that I first ate Qingbuliang. 3 yuan or 5 yuan a bowl, there are two flavors, one is coconut milk and the other is coconut water. To tell the truth, it's the first time I drink it, and it tastes very ordinary, and it's a little disgusting, because I always feel unclean when I look at the white scallops and hollow powder inside. Although the price has doubled, in the hot Haikou, a bowl of coconut milk refreshing and cooling is indeed the best choice to relieve summer heat and quench thirst.
Another delicious food is Lingao roast suckling pig. In the past, around Baishamen, in the afternoon 1 p.m., there were various stalls on the roadside, including roast suckling pigs. The roast suckling pig is roasted in the open air and baked in the oven on the spot. Every afternoon, the smell of roast suckling pig is overflowing, which makes people salivate. The roast suckling pig is thin and tender, crispy and delicious, fat but not greasy, and it will be opened in a leisurely afternoon with Haikou's dad tea.
