Midday: rice , sliced pork with black fungus, braised flatfish, white radish, seaweed and pork rib soup.
Breakfast is eight treasure porridge , and then with the buns, pumpkin, yam, corn, these quite good. And pumpkin and yam are good, and yam strengthens the spleen and stoma
