Homemade recipe for butter roll bread
Ingredients
350 ml of whole milk, 2 eggs, 8-7 slices of bread, butter, cinnamon powder, Raisins, brown sugar, fresh cream (unwhipped liquid) 50 ml
Method
1. Cut off the four hard edges of 7-8 slices of bread, butter one side, and cut into triangles diagonally
2. Grease a baking pan with butter and spread the bread from step 1, usually in two layers. After laying a layer, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and raisins. The amount depends on personal taste. (P.s buttered side up)
3. The milk needs to be heated, preferably on the stove, not boiling, add fresh cream and stir.
4. Beat the eggs and brown sugar together until the eggs form thick white foam.
5. Step 3 Pour into the eggs beaten in Step 4 and stir evenly
6. Pour the liquid mixed in step 5 into the baking pan in step 2 and let it sit for 30 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes
