Wash the mushroom with cold boiled water, and then put it back in a clean nonmetallic container with air holes, preferably in a ceramic or glass container, so as not to make the mushroom contact with metal.

According to the size of the container, appropriate amount of milk should be injected. Pure natural milk is the best, which will not destroy some substances beneficial to the growth of fungi. Cover the container and place it at room temperature. Yacon should be placed in a ventilated room. Remember to change the milk every day.
