How to eat and prepare okra:
Preparation materials: 150g okra, 15g oyster sauce, 1g starch, a little water, 1 tsp sugar, Knorr A little chicken essence, 1 chilli padi, a little white sesame seeds, 15 ml of light soy sauce, and a little salt.
1. First, wash the okra, remove the stems and cut it in half and set aside.
2. Pour enough water into the pot, bring the water to a boil, add the okra and blanch it, quickly put it into ice water to cool, and put it in the refrigerator for later use.
3. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, mix with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, and salt, bring to a boil, and simmer for a while.
4. Take out the refrigerated okra, trim it to size, put it into a plate, and pour the sauce on it.
