Burmese shad species before wintering individuals up to about 13-15 cm, weight up to 30-50 grams, a few individuals for more than 100 grams, indicating that the North American shad in the Jiangyin area in June-December can be completely normal growth, but in mid-December each year should be moved to the greenhouse overwintering, in order to ensure the survival rate of American shad stock culture.
