The simplest way to braise pork is as follows:
Tools/materials: pork belly, quail eggs, crystal sugar, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, onion, dried Chili, garlic, salt, oil and oil consumption.
1. Cut the pork belly, put it into the pot in cold water, add two spoonfuls of cooking wine, one onion and one ginger, and cook for later use.
2. After cooking and cooling, cut into pieces for later use.
