How can loofah be fried so as not to turn black?
Luffa should be processed and fried now, otherwise it will turn black. Put the loofah in a 50% hot oil pan and slide until it is 70% cooked. Immediately pour into the colander, use salt in the pot, pour the loofah in, turn it over a few times, and then take it out.
No chicken essence and sesame oil. Putting chicken essence will make the color of loofah black. Loofah is easy to fry for about 5 or 6 minutes.

1. Peel the loofah and cut it into pieces with a hob.

3. Preserved eggs are shelled and cut into small pieces.
4. Pour a small amount of oil into the wok. When the fire is 80% hot, add loofah and stir fry.
5. Stir fry until the loofah becomes soft, add water and salt, and mix well.
