There are 6 switch wires in the dough mixer, including 4 motors, 1 and 3 as connecting wires, and 2, 4, 5 and 6 as connecting wires. Just connect the wires to the corresponding tag ports.
Matters needing attention in the use of dough mixer:
1. Before use, check the machine thoroughly to see if there are obstacles on all rotating parts. Lubricating oil should be filled in all lubricating parts, and the dough bucket should be clean.
2. Turn on the power. After the machine runs normally, yeast and flour can be added into the flour barrel and stirred. After stirring evenly, turn the dough barrel 90 degrees and take out the dough.
3. After work, clean the machine once, cover the barrel cover, ensure food hygiene, and add lubricating oil for next use.
4. When the dough mixer is running, it is forbidden to put hands and sundries into the bucket. When operating, the operator must dress neatly to prevent clothes, aprons or sleeves from getting involved in the bucket.
5. When the dough mixer fails, it must be stopped immediately, and it is not allowed to touch it without permission. Only after professional maintenance can it be used.
