The policy of low-risk areas entering Beijing
Legal analysis: 1. According to the current epidemic prevention and control policy in Beijing, local people in counties (cities, districts and banners) where China's high-risk areas are located are not allowed to enter Beijing for the time being, and will be released in due course after the whole county (city, district and banner) is transformed into a low-risk area. Locals in other counties (cities, districts and banners) of prefecture-level cities where high-risk areas are located are not allowed to enter Beijing unless necessary. If you need to go to Beijing, you should hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding the plane, conduct health monitoring 14 days after arrival in Beijing, and conduct nucleic acid test on the day of arrival in Beijing and at least 7 days. 2. People who are still in the counties (cities, districts and banners) where high-risk areas are located, and those who have lived in the counties (cities, districts and banners) where high-risk areas are located 14 days and have not returned to Beijing, should have a relatively fixed residence, strictly abide by local epidemic prevention and control policies and regulations, pay attention to the changes in high-risk areas in China, and implement health management when necessary. 3. People from other areas outside the prefecture-level city where the middle and high-risk areas are located do not need to provide proof of nucleic acid testing when they enter Beijing.
