Ingredients: sunfish 1 strip, a little salt, a little ginger, a little onion, a little coriander, a little soy sauce and a little vegetable oil.
Steps:
1 After the sunfish is slaughtered, remove scales and gills, wash it, and add a little salt to it.
2. Wipe the salt flower evenly by hand.
3. Spread a few pieces of ginger on the fish.
4. Turn on the fire and put the fish in the pot.
5. Cover the lid and let it simmer for about 6 minutes (my plate is thick, so I added two more minutes, and the thin plate will take about 6 minutes).
6. Chop the onion and parsley, heat the oil in a small pot, pour it into a bowl filled with chopped onion and parsley, and finally add soy sauce to make soy sauce that is drenched on the fish.
