1. Wash eggplant and cut in half.
2. Wash potatoes without peeling and cut them in half.
3. Put the cut ingredients on the steamer, just put the cold water on it, cover it and steam it. After about 20 minutes, try it with chopsticks and it will be cooked easily. If it is not ripe, you can continue steaming.
4. Steamed and served.
5. Prepare the meat sauce. For details, please see my green pepper meat sauce recipe. Prepare the washed coriander and break it into small pieces by hand.
6. Tear the eggplant into strips, peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, sprinkle with meat sauce and chives and eat together.
