Huangshan Mountain is located in the south of Anhui Province, between Shexian County, yi county County, Taiping County and Xiuning County. It belongs to the traditional Huizhou area. Huangshan Mountain ranges from Zhangdai in Jixi County in the east, Yangzhanling in yi county in the west, Taiping Lake in the north and Huizhou Mountain in the south. It borders Zhejiang in the east, Jiangxi in the south and Xuancheng and Chizhou in the north. It is the watershed between the Yangtze River and Qiantang River. It is located at 1 18 1' east longitude and 30 1' north latitude, with a length of about 40 kilometers from north to south and a width of about 30 kilometers from east to west, covering an area of about 1205 square kilometers, including Cui Jing Scenic Area 153 square kilometers.
