How to bake noodles?

Mix the flour into yogurt paste, put a little oil in a small fire pan, burn seven layers of hot batter, spread it evenly, bake the batter until it is 80% cooked, and break the eggs.

The egg liquid is solidified, rolled and taken out of the pot. I use the electric baking pan to cover and heat it up, so I don't have to turn it over. If I use another pan, I can turn it over and bake both sides quickly.

Cut noodles.

A bowl of sliced eggs is ready.

Serve with your favorite marinade or sauce.
