How to make bean sprouts from mung beans
First, soak 150 grams of mung beans for more than 12 hours. Mung beans must be selected good mung beans, bad mung beans are easy to rot.
After soaking, prepare a basket with a wet gauze on top. Then fish out the green beans on the gauze and put the basket in a pot.
Drain the water a bit, then cover the green beans with a damp cloth, put them in a plastic bag and tie it tightly. To keep the mung beans moisturized and out of the light. Be sure to keep out of the light during the sprouting process.
After 1 day, open it and see that the mung beans are sprouting.
Then continue to cover with a cloth again, put the basket into the pot and water the bean sprouts. Take the basket out again and continue to tie it with the bag.
