Here's how I make sea cucumber soup:
1. Soak the ribs for an hour, change the water and then clean them well and put them into the stew pot.
2. Add soaked sea cucumber.
3. Add the appropriate amount of Cordyceps flowers.
4. Put a piece of ginger in each stewing pot.
5. Pour in appropriate amount of pure water, about 8-9 minutes full.
6. Put the stew pot into the steamer, the water amount to about 2/3 of the stew pot.
7. Turn the heat to low and simmer for two hours, sprinkle a little salt and stir well before leaving the pot.
