Amanita contains about 600 kinds of mushrooms, including some of the most poisonous mushrooms in the world. In Europe, 95% of the deaths caused by eating poisonous mushrooms by mistake are caused by Amanita. But "Tahiti Amanita" itself is not toxic.
Amanita Tahiti generally grows and breeds between May and August of the lunar calendar. After a rainstorm, young fruiting bodies appeared in the soil like shelled salted duck eggs.
It is covered with a thick white coat, and there is a golden red mushroom umbrella inside, because the mushroom umbrella has not been "opened" and looks like an oval salted duck egg yolk. A few hours later, the stalk grew and the umbrella unfolded, and the "salted duck egg" really became our common mushroom shape.
Because of the above special color and growth characteristics, Tahiti Amanita is also called "yolk mushroom". It is said that it is delicious, and Julius Caesar of ancient Rome also has a special liking for it. Unfortunately, this mushroom can't be cultivated artificially at present.
