Ingredients: noodles, eggs, seaweed, chopped green onion, shrimp.
Practice: ① Add a spoonful of soy sauce, a little oyster sauce, a little essence or lard to the bowl;
② Noodles are cooked in hot water. Fry an egg roll in another pan, break up the eggs, add a little oil to the pan, pour the eggs into the pan, fry until both sides are golden, and cut into strips.
(3) Scoop the noodle soup into a bowl and stir it evenly. Pour in the noodles, add the egg strips, (blanch the laver with hot water), and sprinkle with chopped green onion and shrimps.
