There are two training methods for beginners to play carp:
First, lie flat on the ground with your legs straight. First keep your straight legs close to the upper body, then bend your legs to the lower body, push your hands back from your shoulders and stand up. I don't like this. I feel awkward and can't hold anything in my hand.
Second, lie flat on the ground with your legs straight. First, straighten your legs up, and then bend your legs down. Push your thighs with your hands and try to put your feet back. Beginners must remember to make their feet into a big figure-eight shape and land on the inside of their feet. it is quite easy to do so. When you practice, you don't need to use eight characters. It doesn't matter if you have a knife, sword, stick or gun in your hand. You don't have to push your thighs after practice.
Suggestion: Do more than 200 exercises every night for more than one month to consolidate your achievements.
