How to make spicy and sour enoki mushrooms?
Cut off the tails of enoki mushrooms and tear open the bean skins
Boil water in a pot. After boiling, add enoki mushrooms and soak in the water for about 15 seconds. When the bean skin turns white and unfolds, remove and drain.
Put light soy sauce, salt, vinegar, chili oil and sesame oil into a mixing bowl and mix well
