method of work
1: Wash peanuts, soak them in cold water for about 1 night (in winter), take them out, drain them, blanch them in boiling water for about 10 minute, and then take them out for later use.
2: Wash the pig's feet, blanch them in boiling water for about 5 minutes, remove them and soak them in ice water for cooling.
3: Take the inner pot of an electric cooker, add peanuts, pig's feet, onion and ginger slices, and then add 1200c.c water and star anise. Pour 2 cups of water into the outer pot, cover the lid and press the switch.

Ingredients: 250g trotters, 250g soybeans, seasoning: yellow wine10g, 8g scallion, 5g ginger and 3g salt.
method of work
1. Scald pig's trotters with boiling water, then remove the hair and scrape off the floating skin;
2. Soak soybeans in advance 1 hour for later use;
3. Wash and slice ginger;
4. Cut the green onion into sections;
5. Add water and ginger slices into the trotters, boil and skim;
6. Add wine, onions and soybeans, cover and cook with slow fire;
7. Until it is half crisp, add refined salt and cook again 1 hour;
8. Transfer in monosodium glutamate.
