What inland seas are there in China? What is the inland sea?
The inland sea refers to the sea area that goes deep into the mainland and is surrounded by the mainland, peninsula, islands or archipelagos, except that there are narrow waterways communicating with the open sea or the ocean. China has two inland seas, as follows:

1, Qiongzhou Strait

It is located in front of Chinese mainland Leizhou Peninsula and Hainan Island, and belongs to the inland sea of China, because it is narrow from north to south, with an average width of only over 20 kilometers. Qiongzhou Strait covers an area of 2,400 square kilometers and is one of the three major straits in China.

2. Bohai Sea

Located between Liaodong Peninsula and Shandong Peninsula in northern China, it is one of the four seas in China and the largest inland sea in China, with a sea area of about 77,284 square kilometers. In the Bohai Sea, which is equivalent to the land territory of China, foreign ships are prohibited from entering without authorization.
