Ingredients

Flour 500g

Cooking oil

Baking soda 2.5g

Salt 4g

Yeast 10g

Steps

1. Dissolve the yeast, salt, and baking soda in lukewarm water, add to the flour, and mix to form a dough, and leave to rise for twenty minutes.

Tips

1, kneading time must have patience, to knead well kneading (I am kneading once and then go to watch TV for 20 minutes and then come back to knead and go to watch TV again).

2, the oil must be hot when frying, otherwise the hair is not good.
