Seasonal vegetables for soup
Ingredients: spring vegetables/milk cabbage/watercress/amaranth/baby cabbage and other vegetables suitable for soup, preserved eggs, garlic, sugar, salt
How to do it
1. Soak the Yao Zhu first, then peel off a piece of the cocoon on it and tear it apart; if you like to eat the whole one, don’t tear it up
