The negative pressure of uv flat-panel printer can't get up (the negative pressure is not enough to get up, and the nozzle drops ink). Common problems: Negative pressure does not rise enough, and the nozzle drops ink. Cause (possible): A. There is ink in the air channel of the air box or the auxiliary ink box/B. There is ink in the negative pressure ink box/C. The pressure gauge is poor/D. The air channel of the ink box leaks/E. The negative pressure generator is damaged.

Solution: a. Take out the ink from the ink protection box/b. Take out the ink from the negative pressure box/c. Replace the negative pressure meter/d. Check whether all ink tubes are leaking/e. Replace the negative pressure generator.

Use the negative pressure button to turn on the negative pressure. At present, all UV flat-panel printers adopt negative pressure ink supply system. Only when the ink is opened can the ink be printed, otherwise it cannot be printed. At the same time, the voltage of this negative pressure can be adjusted directly on the computer. Different voltages have different effects.
