Pork liver porridge with lettuce
1. Rice, pork liver, lettuce
Seasoning: light soy sauce, cornstarch, oil, salt, shredded ginger
2. Cut the pork liver into thin slices, wash it and soak it in water
I usually soak it for more than 1 to 2 hours and change the water halfway through the soaking
3. Soak it well Wash and drain the pork liver, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, light soy sauce, olive oil and ginger, mix well and set aside.
I started soaking the pork liver when making dinner, then washed it, put in the seasonings and stored it in the refrigerator. When I woke up the next morning, I could make soup and porridge to eat
4. Cut the lettuce into small pieces
5. Wash the rice, add enough water and simmer until soft
6. When the porridge is ready, add the lettuce and cook over high heat, stirring with chopsticks while cooking
7. When the green vegetables are boiling, pour the seasoned pork liver into the pot and use chopsticks to bloom it
It is best to cook this process over high heat
8. When it is boiling, Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. The pork liver needs to be cooked through and seasoned with appropriate amount of salt.
