There is also a variety on the market called reduced honey. I suggest you not buy it. Why choose Chinese milk vetch honey is to ensure better effect. Prepare bigger pots, stainless steel pot, enamel pots, aluminum pot and casseroles. Don't stick to the material.
Second, the production method
First, put longan pulp, longan seed and walnut kernel into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil with strong fire, then turn to low heat (keep the pot slightly boiling all the time), cook for 30 minutes, and pour out the cooked soup. Then, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and repeat the above process.
Combine the soup poured out twice, pour out the longan seeds in the pot, then pour the soup back into the pot, pour all the honey into the pot and mix it with the soup. At this time, it must be noted that the liquid in the pot can only account for less than one third of the pot. If it exceeds one third, it must be replaced by a larger pot, otherwise the liquid will overflow out of the pot during the production process, causing losses.
The following process takes more than two hours, please be patient.
First, boil the soup in the pot with high fire, keep the heat, let the steam rise and evaporate the water as soon as possible.
After evaporation for a period of time, the boiling liquid in the pot began to turn into small bubbles, floating upward and squeezing upward. Turn off the heat immediately and keep the heat in small bubbles but not more than half of the pot.
After this heat is maintained for a period of time, the small bubbles next to it will expand rapidly, and then turn down the heat.
As this process is repeated, finally, at the lowest temperature, the fire can no longer be adjusted and those bubbles are allowed to expand. So the pot should be big enough, or it will overflow at this time.
At this time, you will find that the steam above the bubble is gradually decreasing. Prepare half a bowl of water and set it aside. Stir a small bubble in the pot with chopsticks first. Drop the liquid on the chopstick head into clear water. Watch carefully. If the liquid dripped into the clear water disperses quickly, it means that the juice is too thin, and you should continue to cook. If there is only a little scattering, it is almost finished; If it still drips completely and there is no sign of dissolution, then you can turn it off and let the liquid bubbles in the pot cool naturally.
Just after the flameout, the liquid in the pot is too hot to pour out temporarily, but it will be too thick to pour out until the liquid is completely cooled. It is best to pour the liquid into the bottle (you can use the honey bottle in front) before it becomes too thick and the temperature is not too hot.
Generally speaking, if cooked well, there will be less than a bottle of liquid at this time. However, the flameout time introduced to you above is earlier, so the consistency of the puzzle cream is often less, so the amount may be a little more than a bottle. You can find another bottle for one more bottle. -let everyone turn off the fire earlier, because it doesn't matter. If the temperature and time are a little longer, the cooked paste will form a ball and cannot be eaten at all, but the loss will be great. Therefore, when learning to make puzzle paste, it is not easy to grasp the appropriate ceasefire time, and it is better to owe a little than too much.
Well, it takes about a whole day from buying raw materials to finally making jigsaw paste. If it goes well, the puzzle paste can be made.
After making it, put a spoonful of Yizhi ointment into the cup with a medium-sized spoon every morning and evening, then add about 100 ml of boiling water, stir it evenly, and give it to children once in the morning and evening. Because it is boiled with honey, Yizhi ointment is not easy to deteriorate. It can be placed directly at room temperature in spring, autumn and winter, and stored in the refrigerator when the temperature is high in summer.
